Construction Project Management, in its present form, is the end product of our over 15yers experience in oil and gas industry. Project is a mission, undertaken to create a unique facility, product or service within the specified scope, quality, time and costs. H&D has been actively involved in structural, civil and piping such as gas lift, water injection module and corrosion control etc.

DESIGN REVIEW / VALUE ENGINEERING

During the process of design and preparation of engineering documents for projects, quality will be ensured by formal and informal discussions amongst the technical staff of the firm. In addition, all the three stages of the design process shall be subjected to at least one design/quality review, during which experienced professional members of staff shall examine the design scheme philosophy, drawings, specifications and schedules for the project with a view to ensuring an end product of very high quality

We work round the clock to ensure we meet the demands of schedules and cost baselines without compromising the quality standard and client's specification(s). These are achieved, through the engagement of our certified PMP professional for all our projects. H&D tailors its Project Management framework to ‘PMI’ standards to meet international guidelines.

We have been operating in Nigeria since 2004 and have been involved in many projects for numerous clients. We have also provided engineering services for International Oil Companies (IOC) Private individuals and Conglomerates operating in Nigeria. The company was officially incorporated in Nigeria recently with several success stories.

H&D has staff strength of more than 95 people in our database spread across all our offices in Calabar, Port Harcourt and Abuja (FCT). We also have capability to bring in more staff including expatriates depending on the nature and specific project requirement(s). The technical staff includes over 52 qualified Nigerian Engineers and Technicians. The teams are led by qualified COREN registered engineers and Certified Project Management Professionals.
