Piping & pipeline fabrication (ASME B31.3 / B31.8)
Spool, manifold and flowline fabrication to ASME B31.3 and B31.8 in our Port Harcourt yard, with full hydrotest and NDT before load-out. Our OML 102 corroded-spools replacement was delivered 100% complete and installed offshore by our own crews.

Crane boom change-outs (including the OML 102 critical scope), 16-inch HOV installation, heavy-lift preparation, and WHCP/SDV control panel work on live process facilities.
Rope access & anti-corrosion
Splash-zone clamp protection, coating systems, grating and handrail replacement, pig receiver installation and offshore life-extension works delivered by rope-access technicians.
Reclamation, foundation piling & jetties
Reclamation, foundation piling and jetty construction in the Niger Delta, using FMC Link-Belt rigs and barge spreads — including the Notore jetty delivered with Groudtech Construction Ltd.
As-built drawings & survey technology
LIDAR 3D laser scanning, drone survey, HD/3D cameras, BIM and photogrammetry combined with the CAD workgroup to produce as-built deliverables that match the facility — which is why our policy is no fabrication without AFC drawings.
